Midjourney - Creating illustrations to include into my renderings

I whipped up a cute illustration for the Story Time corner at The Hive's library using Midjourney. I gave it some detailed prompts and it turned out perfectly! It was so much faster and easier than hunting for existing images online, and I was able to customize it to match my wonderland theme, complete with mushroom stools. Do you remember seeing it at the entrance?

While I adore the joy of traditional drawing and painting, especially children's illustrations, I see AI image generation as a fantastic tool for quickly visualizing a space. It's not the same as creating art by hand, but it's incredibly useful for adding illustrations to a room design in a pinch. If a client approves the architectural design, then the designer can always source original artwork from artists to finalize the space.
